বিকল্প হিসাবে জাপান, তাইওয়ান, দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ার মতো দেশগুলির দিকে নজরে রাখা হয়েছে এবং স্বদেশী উৎপাদন শিল্পের বৃদ্ধির উপর বিশেষ প্রস্তুতি নেওয়া হচ্ছে যাতে ভবিষ্যতে দেশের শিল্প মহল থেকেই উৎপাদিত এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দ্রব্য সামগ্রীগুলির ব্যবহারে আত্মনির্ভর হওয়া যায়।
